Spoons & Spatulas LLC, doing business as Phrozen Cave Software on the Google Play Store ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data from our applications published on Google Play under the developer name Phrozen Cave Software:
- Calorie Optimizer — daily calorie and food-log tracker
- Restaurant Ratings — personal restaurant visit log and rating tracker

How to Request Account & Data Deletion
To request that your account and all associated data be deleted, follow these steps:
- Send us an email at support@spoonsandspatulas.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request — [App Name]", replacing [App Name] with either Calorie Optimizer or Restaurant Ratings. For convenience, you can use one of the pre-filled links below:

Include the following information so we can locate your account:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your username or display name in the app (if applicable)
- The app name (Calorie Optimizer or Restaurant Ratings)
- We will confirm your request via email within 3 business days and let you know when deletion is complete.
- Deletion will be completed within 30 days of our confirmation.
What Data Is Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from the specified app. The two apps store different types of data, so each is listed separately:
Calorie Optimizer
- Your user account and profile information (name, email, display name)
- Food entries, meal logs, and calorie tracking data you have submitted
- Saved dietary preferences and app settings tied to your account
- Any other user-generated content associated with your account
Restaurant Ratings
- Your user account and profile information (name, email, display name)
- Restaurant entries, visit logs, and ratings you have submitted
- Photos uploaded with your restaurant visits
- Saved preferences and app settings tied to your account
- Any other user-generated content associated with your account
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after your deletion request, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction and billing records (if applicable) — retained for up to 90 days after deletion to comply with financial and tax regulations
- Anonymized and aggregated analytics data — data that has been de-identified and cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes
- Legal compliance records — if we are required to retain certain information by law, regulation, or legal proceeding, that data will be kept for the minimum period required and then deleted
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data has been deleted:
- You will no longer be able to sign in to your account in the app
- Your data and saved content will be permanently removed
- This action cannot be undone — if you wish to use the app again, you will need to create a new account
